Couple • India • Sep 2026I booked two family rooms and specifically requested that the rooms be located next to each other. Unfortunately, despite making this request in advance, the rooms were not provided next to each other. The check-in experience was also very disappointing. We had to wait for approximately four hours before we were able to check in, which was extremely inconvenient, especially when travelling with family. There was also a clear lack of communication at the reception desk. Different staff members provided different information, and they did not seem to be on the same page. This created unnecessary confusion and frustration.Additionally, there was continuous noise coming from the AC, which made it difficult to sleep properly. The room also did not have a night light, which was another basic inconvenience.Overall, the experience did not meet the standard I expected from the hotel. I strongly recommend that management improve room allocation, check-in procedures, staff communication, and room maintenance. I hope the hotel takes this feedback seriously and ensures that these issues are properly addressed so that future guests do not have to face the same problems.
I stayed here with my family (a group of 7), including elderly parents and relatives aged 65+. The overall experience was pathetic, driven by rigid, insensitive reception staff and a chaotic dining setup. * Inhuman Check-In Experience: Despite seeing four senior citizens standing exhausted, the receptionist was completely bureaucratic and rigid. The lobby is cramped with barely two tiny sofas—not even enough seating for four people. I offered to stay behind, complete the paperwork, and hand over everyone’s IDs if they could just escort the elderly guests to their rooms to sit down. The receptionist flatly refused, insisted on completing every single formality first, and forced our 65+ family members to stand in the lobby for over 20 minutes. Basic empathy and customer service were non-existent. * Cramped Rooms: While the rooms were clean, they were disproportionately small and tight for comfort. * Chaotic Breakfast & Rude Dining Staff: Breakfast timing is promised at 7:30 AM but never actually starts before 8:00 AM. The dining area is tiny, accommodating barely 12 to 15 people at a time, resulting in absolute chaos. When we walked in around 9:00 AM on our second day, almost everything on the buffet—poori, poha, fruits, and juice—was finished. I requested watermelon juice from a waiter who kept nodding "yes" for half an hour without serving anything. When escalated to a female staff member, she responded extremely rudely, snapping that "it takes time and won't happen quickly."A hotel that cannot accommodate elderly guests with basic dignity, lacks sufficient seating in common areas, and employs arrogant restaurant staff does not deserve your money. Avoid this place if you value hospitality, peace of mind, or are traveling with family.
