Bahut hi kharab service hai. Maine hotel mein 5 din ka stay liya tha, payment karte waqt date badal di gayi aur mera ek din ka paisa le liya gaya. Jab maine hisaab manga to bola ki aap 9 baje aaye the, jabki check-in time 12 baje hai, isliye 3 ghante pehle aane ka 500 charge laga. Pehle din to bola tha ki early morning charge nahi lagega. Isliye meri salah hai ki paise ek saath na dein, balki har din ke hisaab se dein aur aise logon se savdhaan rahen.

Inka behavior bahut hi kharab hai, rooms bhi kuch khaas nahi hain, TV wagaira kuch bhi nahi chalta. Khana-pina sab mehnga hai, ek water bottle 40 rupaye ki hai, ek piece bread roti bhi 40 rupaye ka hai, normal sabji 300 rupaye ki hai. Agar galti se aapne 4 bottle pani le liye aur 2 use ho gaye, to pach bottle bhi wapas nahi lete. Yeh log bahut hi kharab service dete hain... bas customer se lootna hai.

The location and connectivity are great, but paying Rs 2,222 per night here is not justified. The place feels more like a budget lodge than a proper hotel. Reaching the room was complicated, involving navigating a confusing set of staircases in different parts of the building without any elevator available. The room was very disappointing with dim lighting, a hard coir mattress, and simple local blankets instead of regular comforters. The window AC blew directly onto the bed, which actually caused me to catch a cold the next day, and the bathroom did not have an exhaust fan. Basic amenities were missing entirely. There was no electric kettle, tea, or even glasses in the room. They did not provide complimentary drinking water and charged me Rs 80 unfairly for two standard 1-liter water bottles. The food was awful. The breakfast dosa was soggy, and the sandwich was just plain bread with one slice each of onion, cucumber, and tomato. No spreads or butter were used, and it was heated so much that the raw vegetables tasted boiled. In summary, I have never had such a disappointing stay. I was so unhappy that I forgot to take photos for this review, so I am sharing my booking confirmation as proof. Trust me: don’t rely on the reception’s appearance or online photos—always check reviews! Despite the convenient location, the poor room quality, lack of amenities, and bad food make this a place I cannot recommend. Save your money and choose another hotel.

This is one of the worst hotels I have ever stayed in. There is no lift, the washrooms have a bad smell, the rooms are very small, and the staff lied to us saying all rooms are the same size, but the rooms on the other side are bigger. There is no privacy because staff open the doors suddenly without knocking. The air conditioner and fans are very noisy, the TV doesn't work properly, and the blankets are very dirty.
