Excellent Place to stay alone or with your friends. I really enjoyed my stay and the experience is excellent. I would recommend people to stay in this hotel as the rooms are neat and clean, housekeeping is excellent and front desk is also fantastic... Overall Exceeded my expectations... Loved it... Very disappointing experience at this hotel. The service was extremely poor. We ordered food, but there was no response from the reception side. The telephone in the room was also not working, and nobody answered calls at the reception. The staff was not cooperative or helpful at all. On top of that, most of the items mentioned in the menu were not available. Overall, the hospitality and service quality were far below expectations. Would not recommend this hotel.

The stay was comfortable and smooth. The room was properly cleaned every day and the hotel maintained good hygiene standards. Staff behavior was friendly and cooperative. Manoj Kumar was very helpful and guided us whenever we needed any assistance.

We had an amazing experience at this hotel. The rooms were spacious, neat, and beautifully maintained. The staff was very courteous and always ready to help. The food was delicious and the overall ambiance was very relaxing. The service truly exceeded our expectations. 1) AC was not working properly.2) TV was not workingHad to call multiple times to get someone from reception to come check ac and tv.Although room was clean and well lit. Washroom was also clean. Towels were clean and dry.
