’ 1/5Stayed here for 3 days and unfortunately the experience was quite disappointing. The biggest issue was the staff and their attitude. The behavior was not welcoming and we did not feel treated properly as guests.There was also an issue regarding some plates and glasses that were claimed to have been broken by us, even though we did not break them, and we were asked to pay for them. This made the experience even worse.The food quality was average at best, with inconsistent seasoning’some dishes were extremely salty while others lacked salt.The location is also quite far from the main areas, which makes travelling around Dharamshala inconvenient.Would not stay here again.

The food quality was mediocre, with uneven seasoning—some dishes were too salty while others had no salt. The location is also pretty far from the main spots, making it hard to get around Dharamshala. I would not choose to stay here again.

My stay at Quartz Himalayan Brothers in Dharamshala for three days was very disappointing and I wouldn't suggest it. We were unfairly charged for broken plates and glasses that we did not break, which was very frustrating. The hotel's location is inconvenient, being far from main attractions and restaurants, making travel difficult. Additionally, the staff were unprofessional and the hospitality did not meet my expectations. I won't be returning as there are better choices in Dharamshala with superior food, location, and service.

WARNING FOR WOMEN: PREDATORY BEHAVIOR, POOR HYGIENE, AND ABUSIVE MALE STAFF MEMBERS As a female visitor, I felt totally unsafe, exposed, and traumatized by the hostile male management here. From the start, basic cleanliness was neglected—the bathroom was provided without soap, no dental kit, and empty toiletries, while room service was extremely slow and ineffective. The restaurant seemed like a scam: they declined snack orders at 7 PM, lacked essential items like Naan or Tandoori Roti for dinner, banned outside food, and male staff mocked us with rude arrogance when we asked questions. The worst moment was at 4 AM when staff deliberately cut power only to our room, leaving us stuck in complete darkness while other rooms had electricity. When we confronted them, the manager lied, became aggressively abusive, and tried to intimidate us physically. This place is a dangerous setup run by men who harass, mock, and target guests late at night—NO WOMAN SHOULD EVER ENTER THIS HOTEL.

Avoid this place at all costs if you care about your money, peace, and dignity. This is not hospitality but outright extortion and harassment of guests. • Dining was a nightmare with extortion: Their restaurant wouldn't serve basic snacks at 7 PM. The main course menu was missing, and simple items like Naan and Tandoori Roti were not available. They also forbid outside food, forcing guests to either starve or accept whatever limited food they offer. • No amenities and no support: The TV was broken from check-in. I called reception more than 10 times over 1.5 hours with no answer. • Dishonest manager and rude staff: When I confronted them, the manager lied saying no calls were received. Instead of resolving issues, staff and manager were aggressive, talked down to us, and used abusive language as if we were begging. • Harassment at 4 AM: At 4 AM, they cut power only to my room while the rest of the hotel had electricity. This shows how petty and malicious the management is. This hotel is run by rude bullies with no hospitality skills. There is zero professionalism, safety concerns, and it causes mental distress. Avoid this nightmare and stay anywhere else.
