Hotel Dharamshala Paradise

The tiles were broken, and we placed our food order either just before or during the service, but it took an hour to get only the roti delivered. I do not recommend this hotel.

Excellent service

Very disappointing experience at this hotel. We visited with two families to book rooms, a total of 8 people including 2 kids and one minor under 18. Some of us had local Indian IDs, while others had international IDs such as a valid driver’s licence. Despite providing proper identification, the receptionist kept asking for additional personal documents like passports, visa arrival stamps, and even IDs for the children. No legal form, written policy, or terms and conditions were shown to us to explain why these extra documents were required by law or hotel policy.Even after providing 4 Aadhaar cards, the receptionist was still not satisfied and refused to give us the room. The staff spoke very rudely and asked us to leave. This was one of the worst experiences we have ever had with a hotel while travelling with family. Very unprofessional and disappointing service.
