Had a family wedding here. Have to thank Mr.Ashish, Manager, for all the help throughout the event. The food was excellent, hall decoration was stunning and the service was great. Family • Jun 2026We stayed at Ratnamouli Palace for a night on 12th May and absolutely loved their hospitality, breakfast, and dinner. After completing our 10-day Meghalaya trip, we happily came back and stayed here again for another night ’ that itself speaks volumes about the place.The highlight for us was their delicious Bangkok-style Basa Fish. In fact, it was one of the main reasons we came back again just to relish this amazing dish once more. It was served with so much warmth and passion by Pradunya Saikia, who made the dining experience even more special.A special mention to Front Desk Manager Jupitara, whose help and support was truly the icing on the cake. Her warm and caring attitude made our stay even more comfortable and memorable.We had a fantastic time at the rooftop restaurant beside the beautiful pool ’ such a relaxing and one-of-a-kind experience.We strongly recommend this wonderful 4-star hotel to anyone visiting the area.
