"Visitors not allowed in room" This rule is quite bold and not at all acceptable. There should be some clause like, Visitors not allowed in room after 10 pm or something equivalent to that. But not even allowed anytime, is not a suitable option. Management need to review their decision and come up with a better solution. Some important Visitors may need to visit for some private discussion which can't be done in lobby or in restaurant which are public place.

I strongly advise others not to stay here.One of the rooms had a washroom lock that never worked, and despite repeated complaints, neither repairs were carried out nor was a room change offered. Room service was equally frustrating’our calls went unanswered most of the time, and responses came only after several attempts, which is unacceptable for a hotel of this level.Basic amenities were also a problem. There was no round-the-clock hot water, and in the morning there was none at all, forcing one of our guests to bathe in cold water and fall ill. The excuse given about a ’central boiler system’ is simply not acceptable in a large chain hotel.The most distressing incident was related to our 80-year-old grandmother, who had recently met with an accident and needed a wheelchair. While Mr. Sagar initially provided one without mentioning any charges, later the staff demanded an unreasonably high rental fee’almost equal to buying a new wheelchair. Shockingly, when we returned from an outing, the hotel refused to hand over our room keys for more than an hour until we agreed to pay, leaving our elderly guest waiting uncomfortably in the lobby. When we escalated the matter, the manager, Mr. Shoyale, rudely told us ’Jo karna hai kar lo’ (’Do whatever you want’) and falsely accused us of ’forcefully taking’ the wheelchair, which was completely untrue. We even suggested checking the CCTV to confirm how politely we had requested it.On top of this, despite having fully prepaid for a 2-night stay, the staff repeatedly called us’at least 8’9 times’insisting we check out after just 1 night. Only after we showed proof of our booking did they admit their mistake. The hotel also failed to honor the 10% discount on taxi services clearly mentioned in our voucher, refusing to provide even a proper number or estimate.There were multiple other issues as well: the hotel advertises a swimming pool online, but in reality, there isn’t one’pure misrepresentation. The napkin placed in the room was dirty, and after we used it, we were charged for it. If it was meant to be decorative, why put it in the room at all? And if it was for guest use, why charge extra?The overall attitude of the staff was the worst part. The receptionists, especially Mr. Monaj, were consistently rude, arrogant, and uncooperative. Throughout the stay, there was no courtesy, no professionalism, and absolutely no sense of hospitality.

The hotel receptionist staff were extremely rude from the time of check-in until the end of the stay. Basic facilities like hot water and room service were not provided, and they also charged for unnecessary services. Very disappointing experience ’ would not recommend this hotel.

Avoid This Place at All Costs ’ Zero Stars Would Be GenerousThis hotel doesn’t deserve to be in business, let alone host guests. I had a confirmed booking, but when I arrived, they denied me entry for no valid reason. No explanation, no accountability, just a bunch of staff passing the buck and wasting our time.For two straight hours, they kept us standing around like we were invisible. No apology, no hospitality just pure harassment and a complete lack of basic decency. The staff acted like they were doing us a favor by talking to us. It was unprofessional, rude, and downright humiliating.This wasn’t just bad service. This was hostile, unethical behavior. If you value your time, money, or dignity, stay far away from this disaster of a hotel.Shame on the management for letting this happen. Absolutely disgraceful.

Room service, staffs and facilities are excellent.It would be a little better if a door mat would have been kept. Also, a terrace swimming pool was showing in the website but we were not allowed to terrace. Overall very satisfied with 2 days' stay.
