Victoria Hotel

We booked this hotel for a family wedding. The staff was helpful throughout the event and supported us with all the arrangements on time, which made things much easier to handle. The food was genuinely impressive and was appreciated by most of the people who attended. Overall, the hotel’s assistance and quality service played a big part in making the event successful.

We stayed at the hotel for 4 days during my wedding, along with all our family and friends, and the experience was truly wonderful. The staff took care of us with genuine warmth, making us feel comfortable from the moment we arrived. Every arrangement ’ from the rooms to the food to the overall coordination ’ was handled so smoothly that we didn’t have to worry about a single thing.What really stood out was the way the team managed all the wedding-related preparations. They paid attention to even the smallest details and handled everything with so much care. Our guests were extremely happy with the hospitality, and the overall support made our celebrations feel truly special. We checked in as wedding guest. My stay at this hotel was exceptional. From the I checked in, the staff displayed outstanding hospitality and warmth. The room was impeccably clean, beautifully designed, and equipped with all modern amenities. Housekeeping was punctual and ensured the space was fresh every day. The breakfast buffet offered a great variety, and the quality of the food was impressive. The property’s ambience, cleanliness, and comfort made the stay truly memorable. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a relaxing and well-managed place to stay.’

Not recommended at all, rooms not clean, hairs on bedsheets and bed so bad I only slept 2-3 hours and my back start paining. No luggage rack and no space for dining. Study table so badly designed can't even put laptop on it properly. No fresh towels and strong bad smells all over hotel. A BIG NO FOR FUTURE STAY.

Staffs behavior was really bad, worst experience ever.
