Extremely disappointing experience ’ poor service and misleading compensationWe stayed at this hotel in Kolkata for two days (Saturday and Sunday) and had paid the full amount upfront. Unfortunately, the experience was frustrating right from the start.The hotel’s official check-in time is 12 PM, yet when we arrived late at night at 11:40 PM, exhausted after a long day of travel, we were told that our room was still not ready. Despite having a confirmed booking and full payment, we were made to wait in the lobby for nearly 45 minutes. There was no sense of urgency or accountability, just apologies.The next morning (Sunday), while we were heading out, the receptionist informed us that complimentary breakfast would be provided to compensate for the inconvenience. We agreed, assuming this was a genuine gesture of goodwill.However, at the time of checkout today, we were asked to pay for the breakfast, with the explanation that the complimentary breakfast was ’only for one day.’ This condition was never clearly communicated earlier. This felt less like compensation and more like misleading communication.After a delayed room, unnecessary waiting, and unclear promises, being asked to pay at checkout left a very sour taste. If compensation is offered, it should be transparent and honored properly, not revised later at the counter.Overall, the stay lacked professionalism, clear communication, and basic courtesy. Would not recommend this hotel to travelers who value reliability and honest service.

I stayed here for 2 nights and it was very comfy. The rooms albeit a bit small was not a problem for me, The rooms were clean, the service was excellent and prompt. My stay included breakfast and they have good spread and it is worth it, so is there dining experience and room service.I chose this because of the location but it was the hotel that made it all worth it. It is a total Value for money and i would love to stay here again.

Overall everything is good.

Broken toilet seat , toilet flush issue. Charged for club room ( three adult accommodation) , however room provided was for two adults and smaller in size thn promised. Upon asking for changing the room, receptionist lady answered " Can't pull out other guests and provide you bigger room " Overall pathetic experience this time after staying in this property fourth time since two months.Also , washroom ceiling was leaking. overall pathetic experience

Room was clean but there was no hot water , they said some repair work n gave us 1/4 of bucket water when we asked for , Intercom telephone had a bad background noise when reported changed the handset which made it no better. Called trice for tissue roll in toilet , the front office staff were good, food was not that good only the dinning ambience was good. Not a satisfactory stay. Think before you book with them
