Revostay Royale Urapakkam

My stay at Revostay Royal by Crossway was enjoyable. The staff were very polite, friendly, and always willing to assist, which enhanced the experience. The room given to me was spacious enough for two people, clean, and comfortable. The bedding was good quality, allowing for a restful sleep. The bathroom was well-kept with hot and cold water, and I liked the detachable shower head. The hotel supplied good-quality towels, a small shampoo bottle, a toothbrush with toothpaste, and soap. I checked the expiry dates, and everything was valid, showing their attention to guest safety and hygiene. The TV worked well and supported Wi-Fi features. The Wi-Fi speed was adequate (about 5 Mbps during my stay), suitable for basic browsing and streaming. Though it disconnected sometimes, it usually reconnected within 3–5 minutes. Free drinking water was available on each floor, and the lift made room access easy. I also got complimentary breakfast. The food was a bit bland for my taste, but that's subjective. The coffee was quite good. The room included two sets of tea, coffee, and milk powder sachets, which was a nice addition. Their taste was acceptable. Overall, my stay was comfortable and hassle-free. The hospitality, cleanliness, and thoughtful amenities made it a good value-for-money experience. I would gladly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Chennai.
