We visited Rivaasa Resort hoping for a pleasant and comfortable stay, but sadly, it turned out to be one of the worst experiences we've encountered. The staff was very uncooperative and unhelpful. The receptionist showed a poor attitude, and the restaurant team was just as disappointing. No one seemed willing to assist or properly address our concerns. Their behavior was rude, unprofessional, and unacceptable for a resort. The hospitality was very lacking, and the service did not meet expectations for the price paid. We truly felt our money was wasted. Our sincere advice to others is to reconsider before booking here. Based on our experience, it is not worth your money or time. We strongly suggest avoiding Rivaasa Resort if you want good hospitality, professional staff, and decent customer service. It was a very disappointing stay, and we will definitely not return.
