We reserved a Deluxe Room but were happily upgraded to a Super Deluxe Room, which was a lovely surprise and enhanced our experience. We asked for a table fan and it was promptly provided. The room was cozy, and the service was efficient and attentive. The hotel's location directly opposite Seasons Mall is very convenient for shopping and nearby facilities. In general, our stay was comfortable and enjoyable, and we valued the friendly hospitality and quick service.
