The food was outstanding

Dear Sir/Madam, I want to express my dissatisfaction with the services and amenities at your resort. We paid the full booking price expecting all advertised facilities, but upon arrival, we discovered the Game Zone was unavailable due to construction. Why was this not disclosed during booking? This is misleading and unacceptable. Also, the indoor games are very limited; for instance, there is only one carrom board for all guests, which is insufficient. This service level does not meet resort standards. We booked for 30 people, and this experience has been very disappointing. We expect a formal written apology for the inconvenience and failure to provide promised facilities. If not addressed properly, we will share our honest experience through negative reviews on public platforms. Please take this seriously and respond promptly.

An absolute nightmare and total scam. The only positive was a friendly cat. Calling this place a "resort" is ridiculous. It's just a rundown, neglected site still under construction that gladly takes your money without offering any comfort. The rooms are falling apart and badly maintained. The bathroom door lock was broken, giving no basic privacy. The glass house setup is a trap with cheap, semi-transparent curtains, and staff constantly hanging around outside ruined any privacy. The advertised water slides and pool were closed and unusable. The food was very mediocre and tasteless. This place is a perfect example of awful management and deception.

The location was truly beautiful and well kept, but the bathroom in our room was not up to standard. The curtains in the glass house had an open top, which meant we had no privacy. There was no extension phone in the room, so we couldn't reach reception. Even after calling reception multiple times, the service was inadequate. Two or three workers outside our room were constantly making noise, and despite calling reception three times to ask them to stop, our requests were ignored. The service was very poor. Additionally, when we requested two water bottles, they refused, saying they had no water to provide. Also, the pool and breakfast hours overlapped, making it impossible to enjoy both simultaneously. They need to make major improvements in their policies and service.

Had an amazing time at Rustic River Resort. The place is lovely with lots of greenery, the pool was fantastic, the rooms were cozy, and the food tasted great. Big thanks to Vilas and Neha for making our stay extra special. Just a small tip: maybe include more kid-friendly dishes on the menu. All in all, a delightful stay and we would surely suggest it to others!
