You should visit this resort... the pool is the cleanest and all the pool facilities are functioning well.. the property is definitely worth a visit.. the food is great too..

I was excited about my stay at your premium resort, but unfortunately, it turned out to be a very disappointing experience. First, getting there was extremely difficult with no signboards along the way, and the staff didn't bother to warn us about the rough road. We were told check-in was at 1 pm, which is unusual since most resorts check in by noon, but that was fine. However, the room wasn't ready, and we only checked in at 2 pm after a long 3-hour journey on a tough road. The room given did not match the pictures on the website, and when I raised this with the female reception staff, they refused to listen or acknowledge the issue. I didn't push further as I wanted a peaceful weekend. The amenities were lacking for a premium resort; we only got a small soap and shampoo sachet, and my request for an extra towel was ignored. There was no information about meal times, and the room phone didn't work with no guidance on how to reach the front desk, so any issues required walking to reception. The TV in the room didn't work either, and after reporting it, I was offered a different room, which took until 6:30 pm to be ready. The replacement room had peeling paint and a dirty bathroom floor, but after all the delays, I didn't bother complaining. The property itself is nice with good landscaping, but there's no guidance on activities; you have to find out on your own. The staff is polite and tries to help, and the food is okay. Overall, poor management ruined what I hoped would be a fun weekend, and I would not recommend this place to anyone.

A Fantastic Family Resort Stay! 🌿❤️ We recently stayed at Rustic River Resort and had an amazing time. The property is beautiful and tranquil, and above all, it’s an ideal place for families. The hospitality, atmosphere, cuisine, and service were all outstanding. Special thanks to Chef Sushil for the tasty meals; each dish was crafted with great care and effort. 👏🏻 Huge gratitude to Manager Preetam for his constant support and assistance during our visit, ensuring everything ran smoothly. I also want to highlight Ms. Abhilasha from the head office, who, though not on-site, expertly managed our booking and arrangements beforehand. Her excellent communication and customer focus gave us confidence even before arrival. In summary, Rustic River Resort is a top choice for families seeking a serene environment, delicious food, lovely scenery, and superb hospitality. Thanks to the whole team, especially Chef Sushil, Preetam, and Ms. Abhilasha, for making our stay unforgettable. We look forward to returning! ❤️
