I had a wonderful experience at the hotel! The rooms were spotless, cozy, and well kept. A big thank you to Raja, who was very friendly, professional, and always willing to assist. His outstanding service and warm welcome made our visit even better. I sincerely value his kindness and commitment. I highly recommend this place and can't wait to return!

Enjoyed a great stay in Kodaikanal. The homestay made it easy to explore the surroundings. Everything was tidy and well kept. The rooms were cozy, and the hospitality was outstanding, especially from Mr. Raja, the caretaker. Strongly recommended for families, couples, and friends.

The key highlight is the location, nestled among valleys and mountains offering stunning views; notably, the property was enveloped in thick mist at night, even when Kodai town itself was clear. We enjoyed a nighttime drive through the chilly, misty roads, which was truly delightful. The property is a well-kept, fairly new homestay spread over three floors with clean rooms and comfortable drawing and dining areas. We booked three rooms, two on the second floor, which shared common drawing, dining, and kitchen spaces, making our stay more engaging as all six of us could gather there. The caretaker couple, Mr. Raja and his wife, made our two-night stay pleasant with their warm hospitality. They served excellent meals (breakfast and dinner) tailored to our preferences, with special thanks to the manager, Mr. Chinna. This was especially appreciated since ordering food from outside in Kodai can sometimes be unreliable. The bathrooms were excellently maintained with hot water available. Parking was provided for two cars inside the compound, with ample safe parking outside as well. The location is about 2 km from town, offering a peaceful and secure environment. For those who enjoy morning walks, the cool, quiet paths around the property provide a refreshing experience.

The property's location was convenient, but the overall stay was unsatisfactory because of extreme understaffing during a busy holiday time. It seemed like one employee was responsible for nearly everything—handling reception duties, working in the kitchen, delivering meals to rooms, and helping guests with their luggage. Communication was also a big issue since this staff member couldn't effectively speak English or Hindi. This made ordering meals, requesting help, or asking simple questions very difficult throughout our visit. Given that guests come from various regions and countries, management should make sure staff can communicate in widely spoken languages to ensure a smooth and pleasant experience. Unfortunately, this greatly affected our trip to Kodaikanal and left us with a poor impression of the hotel. We would not stay here again.
