Group • India • May 2026We had good experience staying in this property.It was located in prime location;easily accessible to food and all attractions.Staffs were so polite and helpful. Room was cleanly maintained and it's a good family friendly,safe property to stay in Pondicherry.

Family • Mar 2026Worst experience. There was a Rat inside the room in one of gaps behind the cupboard. First they denied that there was Rat. Once we showed video with the sound, they told there is no other room, adjust with the rat sound. After showing Agoda website with room availability and fighting, we were shifted to another room. Room wasn't even cleaned the second day when we specifically asked for cleaning. Very bad maintenance of bedsheets and pillows. In the first room, there was also a common door with the adjacent room with no sound proofing. The guys next door had loud TV noise till midnight. Since our bus was in the Evening and we had to check-out in the morning, we asked to keep the luggage in the luggage room or the reception, we were denied that also.. most hotels have such services. They also have a lousy receptionist lady who does nothing. Apart from the location, nothing is good.
