I was very ill once I reached Kolkata... So the hotel staff bought me medicine as well as whenever I asked for hot water to drink, I got it in minutes..0 disturbance from the staff as well as from neighbouring people..I was pleasant stay

I would strongly advise against staying at this hotel. Take my experience as a warning. The rooms are terrible. The towels, sheets, pillows, and so on are very dirty. When I requested replacements, they refused, claiming that was all they had available. They charge extra for bottled water; while elsewhere a litre costs ₹20, this hotel (if you can call it that) charges ₹25, saying they have to source the bottle from outside. The food is overpriced and lacks good taste. Please avoid this hotel because the photos on the website do not resemble the actual exterior or interior. I doubt the hotel ever looked like the pictures, even when it was first built.
