Terrible Stay Experience

This was the worst experience I've had! We reserved two rooms, but neither had the air conditioning that was advertised. The rooms were dirty, with unclean bedsheets and pillowcases that felt unhygienic. Additionally, the staff and owner were very rude and arrogant, showing no respect or care for guests. They ignored our complaints completely. The whole experience was unprofessional and a complete waste of money. I would advise everyone to avoid this place if they want to protect their trip.
