Family • India • Oct 2026So I am very disappointed from the service, the receptionist of the hotel, he was very rude with us, our check in time was 12 pm we reached their 15 mind prior, we ask about the room, he told us it will take 40 mins to clean and he was forcing us to cancel the booking continuous he was telling us to cancel the booking, but we didn't because we booked the hotel 15 days before because of the crowd, but we suffer alot, room was not that much need and clean..
