1) Rooms are big but not maintained2) Washroom is dirty needs chemical cleaning and also, bedsheets were stained.3) Had Mosquitoes too. Not had a good experience.
1) Hotel Smells pungent because they keep dogs as well.2) I was in 202 AC doesn't cool enough needs maintainence.3) Hotel Owner, didn't give the right Deluxe room instead gave a small and cheap room initially.4) Agoda needs to audit the property. This is not definitely an Agoda preferred property
There was no water supply in washroom in the morning. The boy at reception was sleeping. i asked him several times for water, he just kept saying water will be available shortly and slept again, and last time i ask him he told that he was new and didnt know how to resolve water issue...it was very horrible experience to stay there..
