Very worst rooms and no runnig water as well. When called for customer care to cancel the booking the executive is insisting for another room with the same situation just to avoid to provide me the refund..Very worst customer care service too

Hotel denied entry without any valid reasons.. not accepting digi locker aadhar as per policy but policy doesn't mention about this anywhere on webpage or app. Bad customer experience at midnight never ever book this property. Oyo always delivers when it comes to disappointment ’?

The hotel room was in very poor condition.The staff’s responses were unclear and unhelpful.The washroom lacked proper hygiene standards.A damaged tap made usage inconvenient.There was no water heater available.Cleanliness across the room was unsatisfactory.Basic amenities were missing or poorly maintained.The service quality did not meet expectations.Comfort and convenience were severely compromised.Overall, the stay was disappointing and unacceptable.

This was honestly the worst hotel stay of my life. I deeply regret booking this OYO property. The room was extremely dirty, unhygienic, and poorly maintained. The bedsheets were stained, the pillows smelled horrible, and the mattress was completely worn out worst is there was pubic hairs on bed!!!!!There is nothing positive aura’smell of the room was unbearable!The biggest nightmare was BED BUGS. Yes, the bed was INFESTED with bed bugs. When I complained to the staff, they were rude, and completely unapologetic. Instead of helping, they blamed us and refused to change the room.The bathroom was disgusting’dirty toilet, no proper water supply, and no basic cleanliness. The room looked nothing like the photos shown online. This hotel is a complete scam.The staff behavior was extremely unprofessional and threatening. There was zero hospitality, zero customer service, and zero concern for guest safety or comfort. I felt unsafe and uncomfortable throughout my stay.

November 2025 - Difficult to comprehend why a non- functional property is listed on sales sites of OYO and other platforms. Hotel ’has been’ there, but now, is only in place. Every requirement visitor has to fend for self. Lone receptionist cum guard allots rooms and thereafter takes no responsibility. Rooms are dirty and falling apart. Linen is dirty, unchanged and stained. Toilets are filthy and stinky. Electrical systems are uprooted and malfunctioning. Plenty of mosquitoes ’? for which solution by receptionist is to buy repellent from near by market. Room service and food is not available. Got out of this situation as soon as another property was taken. Beware and Stay Away.
