This was one of the worst hotel experiences my family and I have ever had.We booked two rooms based on the photographs and description shown online, but the reality was completely different. The pictures are extremely misleading and do not represent the actual condition of the property.The rooms were filthy. The beds were covered with hair from previous guests, the bed sheets and pillow covers were stained and dirty, and the bathrooms were in an absolutely disgusting condition. There was human waste under the toilet seat, clearly showing that the toilets had not been cleaned before we checked in. To make matters even worse, there were baby cockroaches crawling on the beds, sofas, and throughout the rooms.There were five to six members in my family, and none of us could even use the toilets because of the unhygienic conditions. At around 3:00 a.m., we had no choice but to pack all our luggage and leave the hotel in the middle of the night. We then had to spend another 5,000 to find alternative accommodation after carefully inspecting another hotel room first.I informed the hotel staff about the shocking condition of the rooms and questioned how they could allow guests to stay in such an unhygienic environment. I have also taken photographs as evidence.I paid approximately 1,800 for one room and 1,600 for the other, but honestly these rooms were not even worth 500 a night. This property fails to meet even the most basic standards of cleanliness and hygiene.I would strongly advise anyone considering this hotel to think twice before booking. The online photos are misleading, and the actual condition of the property is completely different. My family and I had a terrible experience, and I hope Agoda takes this matter seriously and ensures that other travelers are not misled in the same way.
