Hotel Orient Inn

We had booked 2 classic rooms for my parents my sister and me. When we reached there, they gave us two very different rooms, and with the room which me and my sister shared being really bad. It was smelling all over, half of the time the taps were not working for hot water, the wash-cum-bath had only wash space and practically no bath space, and the AC looked like it was installed in 2001, and never cleaned since! Anyway, we asked the hotel staff to change the room as my sister is an asthma patient and she couldn't bear the smell. Very rudely, the hotel staff declined to do it, and kept declining until finally my father intervened.On the next day, they asked us to give "not-very-bad" reviews. But an experience is an experience, and we had a really bad one. Not going to book this hotel again for sure, and would also ask people to not book it, if you dont like to get humiliated by the hotel staff. On top of it the money we paid for the hotel was exorbitantly high.

Hotel oriented has avg rooms but good for budget stay and I would suggest to look for it someday before coming to Nagpur, this way you'll get better deal on OYO. Staff is courteous and helpful, they gave me print of personal document when I asked for help. Food is also good but a bit over priced. Just one thing it's situated in a congested place maybe due to metrowork.

Good hotel, rooms were clean, as usual, in some rooms, washroom needs improvements. Room service is also good. Food quality of breakfast was very good, nice and fresh food waits you in morning. The location is not visible from road, the hotel is inside a street, which makes it less visible from traffic. However overall good experience to stay here. I recommend this hotel for a day travellers. Thanks
