This place was once among the best, but its quality has significantly declined recently. Essential amenities such as air conditioning, towels, hot water, soap, handwash, and bottled water were missing. The only positive aspect remaining is the excellent food quality.

The hotel is quite disappointing. The air conditioning is faulty, and the cleanliness is neglected. The most upsetting aspect was the rude attitude of the GM, Mr. Sehbaz, who behaved very poorly when we addressed the AC issue. Overall, it did not feel worth the money spent.
