An absolute dumpster fire of a hotel. Booking this place was the single worst decision of my life.The only redeeming quality is the location next to Eternity Mall, which just means you are perfectly situated to watch your money burn.The cons are endless, but here is a glimpse into this hellhole:Broken Intercom: The phone is a useless plastic prop. You cannot call for help because no one cares.Agoda Scam: Paid for a complimentary breakfast that does not exist. Pure bait-and-switch.Missing Amenities: The promised refrigerator is a joke, and the electric kettle is completely invisible.Suffocating Heat: The AC barely pushed air on night one. It died completely by day two.Power Grid Failure: The electricity cut out at least 10 times. You will sit in total darkness and sweat.Exploding Shower: Turning on the water sprays the entire bathroom except for your actual body.Pathetic Toiletries: They provide two microscopic soaps the size of a carrom coin. Nothing else is there.Death Trap Lift: The elevator broke down on the 2nd day. My wife and I were forced to hike up and down like a punishment detail.Paying 6,500 for this scrapyard is pure robbery. To top it off, the front desk staff are useless robots who just smile and say "sorry sir" while doing absolutely nothing to fix the nightmare. Avoid this place like the plague.
