Very disappointing experience. The hotel only looks good because of the location, but the service is poor. Rooms were not cleaned properly and the staff charged extra for unnecessary things like towels and minor issues in the room. The management seemed more focused on money than guest comfort. Definitely not recommended.
This place was great for our romantic getaway. Clean, cozy, and the staff was super friendly. Will return!
