SureStay by Best Western Model Town Amritsar

We spent one night at SureStay and appreciated the polite nature of the staff. The room and bathroom were clean, though we were somewhat disappointed with the cleanliness of the bedsheets. Aside from that, everything was great, and we enjoyed the food. I recommend this place to anyone looking for a peaceful stay.

The food is really bad. The bathrooms were not functioning properly, the water pressure was poor, and they didn't restock basic items like dental kits and shower caps. The ambiance is alright, but nothing special.

The service is excellent, but the air conditioning in most rooms is not functioning. I've stayed here multiple times and encountered the same problem each visit.

The restaurant was the only positive aspect. Dharmenvder at the restaurant was very polite and quick to fulfill requests. The food, though limited in variety, was mostly good. Everything else went downhill from there. The overall service quality was quite poor. The rooms were booked for triple occupancy but only had 1 towel and 1 dental kit set. No face or hand towels were provided. We had to call multiple times to get these basic items. They didn't have towels ready because their laundry person was absent! Can you believe that? We also had to call several times just to get a couple of bottles of water, which were overpriced. The staff is polite but could benefit from some training. There is definitely a lot of room for improvement.
