The Altruist Wagholi Hotel

Hotel is good but requires better maintenance from the housekeeping staff. Issues with mosquitoes and fleas in the room.

This hotel has so much potential but the management and staff is not serious regarding their job. We booked a suite room with bathtub but when we entered there were termites and dust. So I asked for another room. It was a little better because it seemed there is no maintenance happening here. The service is slow and disappointing. They have parking but our new car was damaged as soon as we drove out. Why? Because the location is highway. The second thing was some kind of oil of glue that was there on our car the next morning when we were checking out. The wifi doesn’t work and we couldn’t play OTT on their tv. There is no accountability here. The staff and manager called and behaved rudely for check out! It destroyed my mood and especially when you cannot simply maintain your hotel. What an irony that you shout at your guest only for check out instead of simply requesting or communicating it. There is breakfast but again cleanliness issues. Kindly pull up your socks and respect your guests.

Absolutely loved my stay at Altruist Business Hotel! The rooms are modern, clean and very comfortable. The staf is polite, attentive and always ready to assist. Perfect choice for both business and leisure travellers. Highly recommend!

The location is good, but it was not worth the price I paid. There is no separate Wi-Fi for each floor, so connecting from higher floors is difficult. I was not satisfied with the breakfast, as there was very little variety. Although the rooms were spacious, the service could be improved. Hygiene should also be better maintained.

Pathetic servicePathetic breakfastPathetic hygieneSeeing the excellent reviews, I had booked rooms in this hotel, but had very bad experience due to an ongoing wedding event at their banquet hall. The staff cannot handle if 80-90% of their rooms are occupied. Also they unofficially inform the guests that the room services or restaurant is closed due to the banquet event. Have I spent my money on such hotel to get such responses?? Felt completely cheated. This place just ruined our peace of mind and our holidays.
