The Altruist Wagholi Hotel

A truly pleasant experience at The Altruist Wagholi Hotel. The stay was comfortable, with clean rooms and excellent housekeeping. The food quality was outstanding, with flavorful dishes and generous portions. The breakfast buffet was fresh, varied, and well-organized. Special appreciation to the restaurant staff for their professional and friendly service. Looking forward to staying here again.

The hotel has great potential but somehow it lacked every basic things for a business hotel and definitely not worth the prices they charge. The rooms are oddly either small or too large. No fans only dependent on in room ac. The WIFI reminded me of early 2000 connection speeds. When asked only option was to change rooms and no effort was made to fix the problem. Corridors are smelly. Washroom taps are old and acts weirdly most times. Linen in the room was not replaced and had to ask for one. Lifts are pretty old but thats something we can live with.Food and restaurant: In room dining is not 24/7. Breakfast menu is crazy limited and for non veg folks there are no options except boiled eggs. When asked for omlette they clearly denied. One of the days boiled egg was rotten and the staff was not even sorry. I tried in room ordering at 4 PM and they said kitchen is closed and you can order from outside. Staff at restaurants looks like forced to work with no intention to check the needs of the customers walking in. Not experienced at all for business hotels.Staff: Reception staff wad helpful but they do not have options it seems. Had an early morning checkout and had to ring the desk bell quite a few times for a sleepy executive to come and attend. Felt bad but then I wondered, I shouldnt be.Security guard was dead asleep and I saw guests opening the main gate themselves to enter. So security is a concern.Location: decent location, near to Kharadi offices.In Summary, they charge premium but do not expect premium services.

Best hotel in wagholi area.. Rooms are very clean and maintained properly. Hotel staff is friendly and cooperative. Location is very good as its on the main highway which is quite good for travellers. Food test is superb. Hotel ambiance is very good. Only one concern was TV was not working as they have not recharged their D2H’
