I have stayed there and it was a great stay rooms quite small but it's okay to stay for one night, rooms are full of facilities and amenities, it was a very good stay and i had a very good sleep, thanks to sohel who gave me top floor for better view.

I stayed here as a solo traveler for a short duration and overall had a decent experience.Rooms are small but clean and well maintained.I would especially like to appreciate the reception staff. Krupa personally came and assisted me when I had trouble opening my room door, and in the morning, Diksha helped me with my luggage and spoke very politely, These may not even be part of their roles, but both of them still went out of their way to help, which truly reflects great customer service.Their behavior was warm and professional, and it made my stay more comfortable.However, I faced some difficulty with the kitchen service. At night, while ordering Manchurian noodles, there was confusion in understanding simple preferences, and after a lot of back-and-forth, I had to change my order.In the morning, when i asked to repeat my idli order,i was informed about charges. While understandable, my intention was only to check if repeating the order was possible during busy hours, so the communication felt a bit unclear.Overall, a decent place for a short stay, especially for solo travelers.

This was an extremely unprofessional and unacceptable experience at Beacon Hotel.The booking was confirmed over phone and WhatsApp, and we were explicitly informed that no advance payment was required. Despite this, when our team arrived at 1:30 AM after long travel, the staff refused to allocate rooms unless full payment for the day was made immediately. This sudden demand was never communicated earlier.Further, an additional stay was also confirmed over WhatsApp, yet at 7:00 AM, the staff asked our team to vacate the room, claiming that the confirmation was not shared internally. This clearly reflects poor internal coordination and mismanagement.When we tried to resolve the matter, the lady handling the call was highly rude and unprofessional, used insulting language, and abruptly disconnected the call. Because of this behavior, we were forced to delay an important meeting and vacate the hotel.Even after checkout, the issues continued. The invoice shared contained incorrect details, and we had to follow up repeatedly to get a corrected bill.This hotel shows a complete lack of accountability, coordination, and basic hospitality standards. Absolutely not recommended, especially for corporate or business travelers.

I was in Baroda last month and was booked this hotel for an event I had to attend.Let's straight get to business..The RoomsNot well designed and equipped. Very basic, poorly furnished rooms. We had their executive room and it felt quite ordinary for that category.The ToiletAtleast the Toilets had basic eminities and felt the room category.The Dining RoomToo small, not spacious, you could easily hear the conversation on tables around you. Not the kind I'd like.FoodWe only had breakfast included and it was again nothing special. What really had my attention was them serving eggs which made my day.Overall ExperienceIt was okay for a night or two, I wouldn't recommend you this hotel unless you're looking for a very cheap budget friendly stay.The food was okay, again something to go with rather than having nothing.Room ServiceVery poor experience, we had to call them 3 times before they attended the room. Basic things like water was something we had to ask for.The staff was courteous and needs training on how to maintain a room.If I have to rate my stay, id rate it around 5/10

The most horrible room. The Duvet inner and Pillows had mold. We asked the staff to change the bedding a new cover was put which was torn. When we informed the staff of it, they said that the mould will not be visible if a pillow protector and duvet cover is put.Extremely unhygienic. Having mold in the bedding is a health hazard and they did nothing about it.When we asked that we want to checkout and want our money refunded, we were informed that there will be no refund. We had done a package deal of meals included. In the end the room tariff for 1 day was deducted from our 2 day stay, while we had been in the room for only 3-hours as my mother-in-law was sick and we had to book another accommodation before we could move out.I am highly disappointed in the service and the way we have been treated at the Beacon. I would never recommend anyone to every stay here.
