*) Very poor maintenance. The door to my room could not be locked, it was good that I realized it before stepping out. On raising the issue, they realized it cannot be fixed, and I had to be moved to a different room. So, do check that before getting comfortable in the room.*) There are absolutely no wardrobes or shelves in the room. For some strange reason, the wardrobes and the shelves were in the bathroom. Whoever came up with this design ought to be fired and never allowed to design anything ever again.*) The room service staff was very good and prompt, we asked for additional drinking water bottles and were provided promptly. The staff is friendly as well.*) The room and bathroom were very very spacious and clean. There was also a sofa and a chair in the room. The towels and the bedsheets were very low quality and it was very obvious. The mattress has lived way beyond it's shelf life.*) Induction was provided in the room but there were no vessels to cook anything. We didn't intend to use it, so it did not really matter to us, but I am not sure how it works. Do I have to ask for vessels and utensils to cook at the reception?*) The location of the hotel is inside a narrow lane and its a residential area. No views, not that there is anything to see.*) Overall this hotel can be a good option in case you are on a tight budget.

The room was clean, spacious and well kept, with all the facilities required for a comfortable stay. The housekeeping service was prompt and ensured everything was maintained properly. The food at the restaurant was tasty, especially the South Indian dishes, and the breakfast buffet had a nice mix of choices. The service staff was attentive and courteous, making dining a pleasant experience. The location of the hotel is also convenient, well connected to different parts of the city.
