Comfortable Convenient Stay
8.0
This studio apartment is very comfortable and well kept, situated in a prime location. It's about an 8-minute walk from Vadodara Railway Station, easily reachable from Platform No. 6. The room is roomy, clean, and well maintained, featuring a fully equipped bathroom. The location is a big plus, with many good restaurants nearby within walking distance. It's also close to Haveli (Shreenathji Temple) and a Shiv Temple for visitors interested in sightseeing. The only aspect that could use improvement is the breakfast service in the morning, which can occasionally be a bit slow. Overall, it was a nice stay with great connectivity and a convenient spot. Highly recommended.

Housekeeping and dining services were top-notch as well. In general, excellent hospitality, cleanliness, and service. If you're going to Vadodara, definitely give Nivasana Residency a try. Strongly recommended!

*) Very poor maintenance. The door to my room could not be locked, it was good that I realized it before stepping out. On raising the issue, they realized it cannot be fixed, and I had to be moved to a different room. So, do check that before getting comfortable in the room.*) There are absolutely no wardrobes or shelves in the room. For some strange reason, the wardrobes and the shelves were in the bathroom. Whoever came up with this design ought to be fired and never allowed to design anything ever again.*) The room service staff was very good and prompt, we asked for additional drinking water bottles and were provided promptly. The staff is friendly as well.*) The room and bathroom were very very spacious and clean. There was also a sofa and a chair in the room. The towels and the bedsheets were very low quality and it was very obvious. The mattress has lived way beyond it's shelf life.*) Induction was provided in the room but there were no vessels to cook anything. We didn't intend to use it, so it did not really matter to us, but I am not sure how it works. Do I have to ask for vessels and utensils to cook at the reception?*) The location of the hotel is inside a narrow lane and its a residential area. No views, not that there is anything to see.*) Overall this hotel can be a good option in case you are on a tight budget.

’’’’’ A wonderful experience for all our wedding guestsWe had our wedding guests stay at Eastin Hotel, Vadodara, and the overall experience was excellent. The rooms were comfortable, the ambience was pleasant, and the staff was consistently warm and helpful.A heartfelt mention of Firoz bhai, whose warm and assuring attitude made everything effortless for us. He handled every request with patience, personal attention, and genuine care. His calm presence and willingness to go the extra mile made our guests feel truly looked after. Our family and friends were extremely happy with their stay, and many of them personally appreciated the hospitality.
