We stayed at this hotel for 5 days and are regular guests. Before deciding to stay an extra day, we asked for a 24-hour checkout, which the owner approved. However, at checkout, the receptionist did not honor this agreement and charged us for a full extra day, even though we only stayed 8 additional hours. If we had known this earlier, we would have left in the morning. We feel deceived and disappointed by how this was handled. The problem is not just the extra fee but also the poor coordination and customer service. This experience seemed unfair and has damaged our trust in the hotel. That's why we rated it 1 star, mainly because of the receptionist's behavior and the owner's failure to keep their promise.

Had a wonderful stay! The team was very kind and helpful. I reserved a Standard Room via RedBus with my child, and the hotel kindly upgraded us to a Deluxe Room without charging extra. The candy store on the ground floor is fantastic too—the treats are fresh and tasty. Definitely a great choice for those near Vadodara Junction!
