Sometimes ’500 costs much more.I have stayed at Hotel Ambassador, Vadodara countless times ’ more than 50 nights.I was so comfortable with this hotel that I never even looked for other options.Last week, when I was here, I personally told the guy at reception that we have a new factory coming up in Vadodara and many of our team members will be visiting regularly now.And today, I reached the hotel at around 5:15 AM. I didn't ask for an early check-in. The room was available, but the same guy at reception asked me for ’500 extra to check in. (Some early morning charges or something)I told him that I am a regular guest and have stayed here countless times, but he was not ready to listen.Later, he came back and said, ’Sir, 100’200 kam de dena.’But honestly, it was never about ’500.It was about how you treat a loyal customer.That ’500 made me look for another hotel for the first time.And I found an extremely clean and comfortable hotel ’ breakfast included, no early check morning charges, and a much better experience.And there are other issues too ’ network connectivity is a problem in almost every room, and during my last stay, I also had to deal with cockroaches in the room.Then I checked the online price.’1,343 for the same room. (Photo attached)At the reception, I was charged ’1,800 ’ and on top of that, I was asked to pay extra for the early-morning check-in.After 50+ nights, this was honestly disappointing.So, one loyal customer gone for ’500 ’ and potentially many more nights of business with him.Sometimes you don't lose a customer because your competitor is cheaper, You lose them because you stop valuing the customer you already have.

For online Booking they intentionally provide very less quality roomsLast time I booked same type of room offline, they provided good ambience room.
