For online Booking they intentionally provide very less quality roomsLast time I booked same type of room offline, they provided good ambience room.

The hotel is located about 500 meters from the railway station.

We stayed at this hotel for 5 days and have been regular customers. Before extending our stay for the final day, we specifically requested a 24-hour checkout, and the owner agreed to it.However, during checkout, the receptionist refused to honor the agreed 24-hour checkout and charged us for a full extra day even though we stayed only for an additional 8 hours. If this had been communicated to us earlier, we would have checked out in the morning itself.We feel misled and disappointed by the way this situation was handled. The issue is not just the additional charge, but the lack of coordination and customer service. This experience felt unfair and has affected our trust in the hotel. That is why we have given a 1-star rating, mainly due to the receptionist's attitude and the failure to honor the commitment made by the owner.

The problem is not just the extra fee but also the poor coordination and customer service. This experience seemed unfair and has damaged our trust in the hotel. That's why we rated it 1 star, mainly because of the receptionist's behavior and the owner's failure to keep their promise.
