Here’s a concise but strong version:Very disappointing experience, especially for an IHCL brand. The cleanliness was far below expectations, and the staff was not helpful or responsive. Overall, the service and upkeep were extremely disappointing and certainly not what I expected from an IHCL property. This was one of my worst hotel experiences.
No proper maintenance
The hotel is not as per Ginger standards. The location is good but the property needs maintenance or renovation as It’s quite shabby. The staff was also not welcoming it’s total waste of money if you are spending considering you will get Ginger hotel standards.
