We had booked a room for three people, and at check-in, we were told there would be an extra charge of ₹1,000 + GST for the third guest. We agreed and asked to see the room first to ensure all three of us could fit comfortably. After checking the room, we decided to stay as three. However, the hotel then insisted we take a duplex room due to the extra charge. When we reminded them about the initial ₹1,000 + GST charge, they changed their stance and moved us to another room, charging us ₹2,100 extra. The situation worsened at night when the AC stopped working. Despite complaining twice, the staff said they had no technician available and offered no proper solution or alternative. The handling of charges and lack of service made our stay very unsatisfactory, not what we expected from a hotel.

I'm now staying Regenta Z vadodara, but I'm not happy with the staff's service. After checking out, all of the basic amenities—like shampoo, hand soap, and body washing—were empty. This type of service is unacceptable for this well-known hotel. Please take the necessary steps to improve your responsiveness and service.
