Quality of Best western hotels outside India is better than in Vadodara.
Checked in a room with intercom, AC, TV not working after complaining the attendant also could not make these work. Reluctantly I was shifted to another room. Here all was ok but the AC was noisy like a generator. Shows very poor maintenance and upkeep of the hotel.
