Extremely Poor Experience

I had a highly disappointing stay at this hotel and would not recommend it to anyone.The washroom was not properly cleaned at all. There was water blockage in the bathroom, and during bathing the entire floor area got flooded due to poor drainage. The washroom walls, exhaust fan, and mirrors were visibly dirty, showing a complete lack of hygiene standards.Every time we entered the room, there was a foul damp smell, which made the stay extremely uncomfortable. Despite specifically instructing the staff to clean the room properly, housekeeping was not done satisfactorily.The spring mattress was of very poor quality and clearly worn out. It appeared that the hotel has not replaced the mattress even after its usable life was over. On top of that, the head pillows were excessively thick, which caused backache and disturbed sleep.Overall, the hotel fails badly on cleanliness, comfort, and basic maintenance. The stay was far from value for money, and I regret choosing this property.
