Had a few issues during the stay. The location was good, but service and cleanliness can be improved.

Happy with the location and the pricing. But the bathroom wasn’t very clean. The door mat outside the bathroom was extremely dirty. Commode seat was removable. Even the bedsheet had little stains.The rooms is also pretty small. But it’s good for a budget hotel.There are eateries around. Good location.

Nice welcome and facilities are good staff are coperative and helping. Arranged breakfast early also to facilitate our local travel.

I recently booked a stay at this hotel and had a mixed experience. I arrived at 12 PM, but the staff informed me that my deluxe room was not ready and would take some more time. I finally received the room at 2 PM.After entering the room, I noticed that there was no hot water. I called the reception (number 9), and they asked me to wait, saying it would start soon. Even after waiting, the hot water still didn’t come. I had to call again, and only after a lot of discussion did they send a bucket of hot water to the room.If the hotel already knew that the hot water in that room wasn’t working, they should have offered me another room’especially since many rooms were empty. Even the next morning, when I complained again, the hot water still wasn’t available. During winter, hot water is a basic necessity.Other than the hot water issue, everything else was fine, but this problem caused a lot of inconvenience.
