Lemon Tree Hotel Vadodara

We stayed for two days. The experience was amazing. We had some issues with the room that was taken care of immediately. Breakfast was great. Special shout out to Hira, Kalpesh and Priya for excellent service and special thanks to amazing chefs Rohit and Deepak.

I recently stayed at Lemon Tree Vadodara and unfortunately my experience was not very satisfactory.Cons:1.The reception staff was not professional or cooperative. It felt like they were more focused on finding reasons to charge extra rather than supporting guests. Despite checking in only 4 hours early, it was billed as a full day, which was very disappointing and unreasonable.2.The food quality and quantity need major improvement. The buffet options were limited, and the quantity was not adequate. The rice was hard, dried, and clearly not freshly prepared’similar to several other items in the buffet.3.The bathroom drainage was poor and kept getting clogged, which was inconvenient and unhygienic.4.Room maintenance needs attention. Basic upkeep seems neglected, which affects overall comfort during the stay.5.Guest communication at the front desk is weak. Policies are explained rigidly without empathy or flexibility, leaving guests feeling unwelcome.Positive Note:This property has good potential if it is managed properly and guests are treated with respect. The restaurant staff deserves appreciation’they were polite, understanding, and tried to address issues once they were explained.With better management, staff training, and a more guest-centric approach, this hotel could offer a much better experience.

We checked in late at night, about 11 p.m. after a long journey and were still served dinner.Pros:1. The staff at the restaurant was polite and helpful, and still served us happily even after we being late than the official timing.2. The rooms are clean, comfortable with basic amenities provided.3. The washrooms are clean and modern.Cons:1. The day staff at the reception is extremely impolite and unprofessional towards the customers. Their one and only intent is to grab money from the customer. They were extremely impatient and even argued with the customer over a simple issue of an extra bed accommodation which was already settled earlier, especially the lady receptionist. With such untrained and immoral staff at the checkout, one cannot expect the customer to give a good review. They kept us waiting for about 20 minutes and did not even apologise for their mistake. Their obnoxious behaviour gave a really bad impression.2. Their washrooms are surprisingly very small, the shower room is just somehow squashed in the area.3. Their buffet - especially for breakfast is not good. Their food is bland, no proper seasoning and taste. You would not expect such food of substandard quality at a reputated hotel. It was an unpleasant experience.4. There is a good scope of improvement in factors such as professionalism, communication, and quality service (food).Please look into the matter at the earliest.

On 4th December, my engagement was ruined by worst food prepared by lemon tree hotel. Staff and management are really bad, they just want to grab cash and are not concerned about the function or any sort of hospitality. I will not recommend anyone to book this hotel. Ravin singh is the manager and he does not know how to deal with clients. Chef and other staff are useless and don’t know their job well.

Horrible service, staff needs atleast 3 reminders fr every service you want, whether it is for laundry bag too. I personally had booked for the reason of fitness centre but in actual it should not called as fitness centre as it is having only one older rope machine, couple of dumbells and one old trade mill accomdated in appox 90 sqft area. The premium hotel is charging again offeing worst service gave simple output of Complete disappointment..!!I personally dont recommend this hotel to anyone.it is as good as 3 star hotel with lodge service offerings.
