Couple • India • Jul 2026Reception didn't pick up the phone. Nor was hot water available. The rooms are quite small as well. They didn't even provide Wifi passwords by themselves. I called to ask for the user id-password, no one picked up. I had to go downstairs to get it by hand and even then they offered only 3 user id-passwords for 5 of us staying in 3 rooms.While checking out, the receptionist asked me to rate them right there. I refused and shared my displeasure with their services. He started saying that I should cooperate and give a good rating. Otherwise, he warned that my name might be blacklisted or something.P.S. The hotel is managed by OYO and I have had worse experience with them in the past.

Solo Traveller • Dec 2019This hotel located very near to bus stand as well railway station, rooms were clean and neat only problem was with availability of hot water and lift was operational but non descriptive about which lift to use for hotel as there were two lifts. Rooms we got at a reasonable price. Hotel manager was friendly and spoke well with customers and service was good, though we stayed there for only one night, i will say it was a good deal to stay.
