The Fern Residency Vadodara, Series by Marriott

I dont mind the pricing , but comparatively its costly to the facilities, food and services that u will get anywhere else in vadodara. Location is too close to bus stand and railway station - so its crowded , unhygienic and smelly. However for a transit with a tight budget some may like the proximity. Food is sub par to below par- in room services and buffet options are minimal to none , room size and washrooms also feel too claustrophobic

My first experience was very bad at the Fern Residency Hotel by Marriot. There was no dental kit, no shaving kit, no room slipper, no comb in the room and I asked to get the room cleaned, I was told the same day that the room is not cleaned the same day, even then I was told that I will get it done, when I came back some of the rooms were not cleaned, my first experience was very bad at the Fern Residency Hotel by Marriot.

I told them for 02 night stay and already at the time of check in I told them for 01 night it’s double occupancy and for balance 01 night it would be single occupancy but believe me they are charging same for both night I.e:- 4400/- each, stating reason we gave you early check in, I think this should be the way to communicate in hotel industry for customers to support, very bad impression they have made by 1500 extra for second night. People I request personally to clear with commercials before you onboard this hotel I request, coz right from day I checked in I was following up up for the charges for second night for single occupancy but believe every front desk at Fern Baroda hotel near station was giving reply that they will get updated from their seniors. Even in such circumstances if you get such kind of report than even you need to drag them on twitter as well, Thank You for reading my msg’’??
