Discovered a nice hotel offering outstanding service.

Whenever I need to host business meetings or corporate events, I choose The Fern Residency, Vadodara. Its prime location next to the Central Bus Depot and within walking distance of the railway station makes it very convenient for guests coming from various places. The hotel features three well-kept banquet halls of varying sizes, ideal for meetings, conferences, and social events. The food is consistently top-notch, offering a tasty buffet and a broad selection of dishes. The restaurant staff are quick, polite, and professional. Special thanks to Mr. Harendrabhai Patel, who expertly manages the banquet and restaurant operations. His commitment, hospitality, and meticulous attention to detail ensure every event proceeds flawlessly. He always makes an extra effort to ensure guests feel at ease. I have held multiple meetings here and have always had an excellent experience. I highly recommend this venue for business gatherings, family celebrations, or anyone seeking great food, outstanding service, and a convenient location.

Everything is fine

Had a bad experience with being charged for a new bed sheet and cover, and the charge was excessive. They charged for new items instead of just dry cleaning them. There was no mention of any such charges in the booking details.

I stayed one night at Fern Residency in Vadodara and had a very pleasant experience. The hotel offers good value for the price. The rooms are roomy enough to ensure a comfortable stay, and the restaurant served fresh and delicious food. Parking on-site is limited, but they provide valet service and have arranged ample parking at the nearby mall, so parking was not a problem. The hospitality was the highlight. Hari and Nibas at the restaurant took excellent care of us, and Aman and Devyansh at the front desk were courteous, efficient, and always willing to assist. Every staff member we met was polite, respectful, and truly focused on customer service. We never felt pressured for extra money or upselling—just sincere and warm hospitality. Thanks to the whole team for making our stay enjoyable. I would gladly stay here again when visiting Vadodara.
