location is perfect and and good service
I found the place quite small for a 5 star Hotel. I had requested for a higher room floor ( a standard setting on my Agoda list)but was not given. The break fast that I had did not quite match expectations. Most of the items served hot were reheated and materials hard and stuck to the container. lack of people to address the live counters made it more time consuming. The check out was super slow with at least 10 people waiting .In all it was a 3 star experience, not a 5 star as claimed through Travel sites.
Staff service is really good ....room is also fabulous....all over experience is nice .... I ll visit again
