Fairfield by Marriott Vadodara

To the Management, I apologize for the late response. We dined at your buffet on the 4th of this month, and unfortunately, my partner suffered severe vomiting later that night. We suspect the cause might be two dishes from the buffet: the Moong Chilla and the Palak Patta Chaat. I kindly ask you to look into the quality and freshness of these items. Please make sure the ingredients and batter are fresh and not spoiled to prevent other guests from having a similar experience. I share this feedback sincerely, hoping that proper food quality checks will be upheld. Thank you.

As a Marriott Bonvoy member, this was the worst experience I've had at any Marriott hotel. I stayed two nights with my family in a Suite, expecting Marriott's usual service and cleanliness, but was very disappointed. The room lacked basic items like a dental kit or comb, which I shouldn't have to request in a suite. Housekeeping seemed rushed; there was dust everywhere and several insects in the room—I personally killed four trying to sleep. The bathroom was dirty with hairs in the tub and a spider web in the shower, which I even recorded. The balcony was filthy on arrival with cigarette butts, and housekeeping didn't clean it the next day. Service was poor, requiring multiple calls to the front desk for assistance. Just two days later, I stayed at Welcomhotel by ITC in Vadodara and had a great experience. Unfortunately, Fairfield by Marriott Vadodara lost my trust, falling far below Marriott standards. I hope management addresses these problems because no guest should face this, especially in a suite. I won't be returning.

I want to report that a driver from Fairfield by Marriott Alkapuri was very rude to me. Concerning the parking problem, he cursed at my mother and slapped me. Please review your CCTV footage and consider terminating his employment; if he mistreats customers again, it could harm your hotel's reputation, so I urge you to dismiss him.

Provides good facilities.
