The food included stale bread and some items were undercooked, which caused me severe stomach problems despite eating cautiously. The front desk manager, Mr. Kaushik, was rude, condescending, and dismissive, not fitting for hospitality or Marriott standards. Checkout took 30 minutes even though I was told the bill would be ready earlier. Although they claim to cater to foreign guests, I felt treated like a second-class citizen in my own country. The washroom had low water flow; the plumber said it was intentional to prevent splashing, yet the shower leaked everywhere. The space was extremely cramped with poor lighting and hardly any room to stand. Despite spending time explaining banquet hall needs, I had to spend an hour the next morning organizing things myself, as staff kept shouting orders without coordination. Skill levels were average at best. Apart from the location, there was nothing positive. Overall, I am very disappointed with Marriott.

The food here is the worst I've ever experienced. It is unhealthy, unhygienic, and lacks any flavor. I felt sick after eating lunch at this place. I strongly advise against trying it. This is the worst venue for hosting an event.
