Hotel GRG

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel as it is clean, well-maintained and offers good service with friendly and efficient staff who make the experience pleasant especially Mr. Nikhil and Mr. Anil who deserve special appreciation for their excellent work.the food was tasty though the tea needs improvement since it costs ’50 but feels watery and overly sweet, and while the infrastructure is impressive and the surrounding residential area makes the location lively and safe, the absence of complimentary breakfast was a drawback and the placement of toilet exhaust fans outside each room sometimes made the corridor smell odd though overall these were minor issues compared to the comfort and welcoming atmosphere the hotel provides.

Room is little bit not spacious. They are not provided soap and water was not hot. They didn't provided us a complimentary tea or tiffin. It was noted on menu but it was not available for us.

Need to improve the hygiene of washroom as they were stinky and rooms ambience is though vintage but a touch of upgrades like more charging points furniture arrangement and cleanliness would definitely be on the table else everything was good

Receptionist was Rude he was 50-60 year old and talk with rudely check in experience was pathetic Don't to this Hotel’’

Worst place to come.The receptionists is drunk.Doesn't listen to anything.Doesn't check my booking.Doesn't give me right room.Do not ever come to this place.Name of the receptionists is KALPESH.
