We had an amazing stay at Grand Mercure Surya Palace and thoroughly enjoyed our short vacation in Vadodara.A special thanks to Hemal from Guest Relations, who gave us a warm welcome and went above and beyond to arrange an early check-in and rooms next to each other, making our stay even more comfortable and convenient.We also had a wonderful dining experience at the hotel’s restaurant. Both lunch and dinner were delicious, and the service was truly top-notch throughout our stay.Ragini from the Front Office was incredibly kind and friendly. She kindly arranged a late check-out for us, which was greatly appreciated as our train was scheduled for later in the afternoon.The rooms were spacious, well-maintained, and very comfortable. Overall, everything about our stay exceeded our expectations. We all loved our time here and look forward to returning again soon.This version sounds more personal, polished, and suitable for posting on Google, TripAdvisor, or a hotel review site.

We loved staying at surya palace for 2 nights. Hotel is conveniently located near to railway station and airport. Rooms were clean, spacious and packed with modern amenities. Staff was courteous, attentive and always ready to help. Special mention to Hemal and her team for taking such great care of our kids, interacting and spending memorable time with us.The food was delicious and great variety was served at both breakfast and lunch. Both the quality and taste of all our meals was consistently excellent.The swimming pool was another highlight of our visit and great place for both adults and kids to enjoy and beat the summer heat.Lastly we were provided an early check in and room upgrade which was greatly appreciated.Thank you to entire team for making our vacation memorable. We highly recommend staying at Grand mercure surya palace and shall return in future again.

I simply booked because it had the name Grand Mercure. Regarding the staff they are very good people ready to help. But I was vey very disappointed with the room size. Otherwise the swimming pool was just ok small in size. We were given a welcome drink on arrival. as we were 3 people sharing the room the staff was very confident that we could not fit in double room as the size was small so the gave me an upgrade to executive room which big enough. The buffet breakfast was not so vast but had enough items and whatever they served was good except the tea which was cold. When we told the staff to get hot tea he just took the cold tea made it hot and served it to us. We had asked him to make fresh tea but it was a disappointment. My cousin was in room 1416 and the flush was not working properly at all.The bed, linens, pillows and its covers were neat and clean but for room size not happy at all.
