Worst Stay of our life

First of all the hotel smells damp and feels claustrophobic. We got a really small room at the start and upon complaining they gave us a better room. Al though we asked for a refund as we had a long stay for 4 nights. They refused to even refund for 3 nights and let us go. They are money hungry who won't let the money go.
