Rooms are very small and this hotel is quite old, so facilities are not very latest but workable, staff is supportive and the location is fine
This was my first time stay at pravasa hotel, my experience was superb as I requested for early check in. They were very helpful as they granted me early check in. Overall I was satisfied with service and would love to stay here again.
I booked a premium executive room with a king size bed and what I got was a twin bed which they joined to make it a double bed. That’s not what I asked for and paid for. The staff was really good and polite but they should have arranged what I asked for. Other than that it was a good stay.
