Very bad experience, we went to cafe for south Indian dinner. We asked them for discount as came directly from out station, the person gave assurity of discount that's why only we gave 2 item order. But he was changed surprisingly at last while time of billing! While giving order also he was not willing to tell the truth that they can't give discount and kept mum while serving. At last he shown his true colors by saying they can't give discount! We requested them that they told us to give discount thts why we ordered 2 items,but they kept denying instead of accepting their own mistake. Manager Mr. Ramesh was very rude when I tried to pay by typing upi id as my camera was broken and it was not scanning qr code, he snatched it by telling lie that it will not work! It's a thing of common sense if UPI I'd can't wrok qr code also can't but as they said to scan it, it was clear that they lied and didn't want me to pay through. Mr Ramesh behaved very rude and banged his head toward other employee, which was very arrogant to 2 ladies in which one was a senior citizen, he told me to make payment on his personal number. That was not acceptable at all in this type of know property. They must learn how to behave with local and also teach their new employees to not make fake promises to customers which turns out at last! It's a humble request, tell your employees to behave properly with ladies which are coming with toddler kid

But their is issue in the driver they are not agreeing on their commitment so first have word with them. Then commit your commitment

I visited to Restaurant for lunch not to stay in the hotel.Ordered Veg Thali, felt so homely taste. No unwanted spices, no extra oil, everything was so good and balanced.Thanks to the chef.

The check-in experience was great, I even got an early check-in without any extra cost. The issue starts with the hotel having only one lift and it takes a lot of time to get to your desired floor. I had booked the Suite Room, it felt like an executive room with a little bit of extra space and a balcony. The cleanliness was spot on except for the balcony.
