Staff is pathetic and non cooperative at all, it's like they are treating aa we are terrorist and planted bomb in rooms, at that time of checkouts.....checkout is too pathetic....even demand money for cleaning Hotel is too cool but required good management and customer friendly staff and smooth checkout

The hotel charged an extra 500 rupees for cleaning, which was not acceptable.

Properly was old but staff are polite They post 24X7 food service but they denied to serve food after 10:30 pmNeed to work on renovation and atleast fridge and dental kit should be available in room

Pravasa Hotel by Sapphire, Vadodara — Family Stay के लिए बिल्कुल संतोषजनक नहीं1 - कमरों की हालत बेहद खराब: कमरे काफी पुराने, अत्यधिक उपयोग किए हुए और proper maintenance के बिना लगते हैं। जिस स्तर के होटल की अपेक्षा की जाती है, उसके अनुरूप room condition बिल्कुल नहीं है।2 - साफ-सफाई बेहद खराब: कमरे और होटल के common areas में cleanliness बहुत खराब लगी। पूरे होटल में कई जगह अप्रिय और गंदी बदबू आती है।3 - मच्छरों की गंभीर समस्या: होटल में मच्छर काफी ज्यादा हैं, जो family और विशेषकर बच्चों के साथ ठहरने के लिए बेहद असुविधाजनक है।4 - बुकिंग के अनुसार कमरा नहीं दिया गया: मैंने 1 Twin Bedroom और 1 King Size Bedroom बुक किया था, लेकिन बुकिंग के अनुसार कमरे उपलब्ध कराने में परेशानी हुई। यह hotel management की गंभीर कमी है।5 - Reception staff का व्यवहार खराब: समस्या बताने पर staff का रवैया रूखा और non-cooperative रहा। Guest की basic request को भी उचित तरीके से handle नहीं किया गया।6 - कीमत के अनुरूप कोई value नहीं: कमरे की हालत, cleanliness, smell और overall service को देखते हुए इतनी कीमत देना बिल्कुल justified नहीं लगता।7 - Location का फायदा सिर्फ Railway Station के पास होना: स्टेशन पास होने के कारण लगातार train एवं आसपास का noise सुनाई देता है। आसपास का area भी काफी crowded है, इसलिए शांत और आरामदायक माहौल नहीं मिलता।8 - Restaurant timing inconvenient: Restaurant रात 10 बजे से पहले ही बंद हो जाता है, जिससे देर से आने या लौटने वाले guests के लिए परेशानी होती है।Final Feedbackकुल मिलाकर यह होटल Family या Vacation Stay के लिए recommend करने लायक नहीं लगा। साफ-सफाई, कमरे की condition, बदबू, मच्छर, noise और staff behaviour जैसी basic सुविधाओं में ही गंभीर कमियाँ हैं। केवल Railway Station के पास होने के कारण होटल चुनना उचित नहीं है। भुगतान की गई कीमत के बदले overall experience काफी निराशाजनक रहा। App ke photos pe mat jana, gandi hotel hai
