Great experience with delicious food and very welcoming staff

Booked two rooms for two nights at one of the finest hotels in Vadodara. The food and service were excellent. The location is great, and both the manager and staff were friendly, professional, and helpful. It's just a one-minute walk from Vadodara railway station. The rooms were clean, nicely air-conditioned, and the breakfast and tea offerings were delightful. One suggestion: please provide liquid soap dispensers near the bathroom basins in every room. This is the best hotel, and I will always choose to stay here. Many thanks to all the staff, chefs, and waiters, with special appreciation to Mr. Hasim Diwan.

Close to the railway station, the hotel rooms are tidy and clean, and the hotel staff are very cooperative.

The rooms are large, cozy, and come with all the essential amenities, making the stay very comfortable. Special appreciation goes to Front Office Manager Arjun Ji for his professionalism, kindness, and warm welcome, which enhanced my experience. He was always polite, attentive, and eager to assist with a smile. His commitment to guest satisfaction is admirable. The whole staff was friendly and delivered excellent service during my visit. I strongly recommend Hotel Sera Vadodara to anyone traveling to the city for work or pleasure. I look forward to returning!

Had a wonderful experience at Hotel Sera Premium! The rooms were spotless and cozy, the staff was polite, the food was tasty, and the hotel is conveniently located close to Vadodara Railway Station. Offers excellent value and exceptional service. Strongly suggest it for business or vacation stays.
