Four Points by Sheraton Vadodara

As a platinum Marriott member, I found the hotel management not well-versed in honoring the Marriott program benefits. Despite being eligible for a room upgrade, they denied it, claiming full occupancy, though I overheard them saying the rooms were too expensive to offer. So, if you expect to receive any Bonvoy status perks here, this might not be the place. On the positive side, the food was good, and Mr. Raju in the restaurant, along with the head chef, provided excellent service and customized meals exactly as I requested. Overall, it's a good hotel with helpful staff, but they need to improve how they treat Marriott Bonvoy guests.

Sonai: outstanding service and polite behavior. Raju, Priyanka: the food was tasty, the room was clean, and the location was great. I recommend everyone to visit this place. I will definitely come back, and all the staff were excellent, especially thanks to the entire hospitality team.

Enjoyed a fantastic dinner here! Special appreciation to Ms. Mohini for her kindness and politeness. The dishes were tasty, fresh, and attractively served. Service was welcoming and attentive, with a cozy and calm ambiance. Every item we tried was full of flavor and fulfilling. A wonderful spot for a pleasant meal with loved ones. Certainly a place to return to.

Had a wonderful stay at Four Points by Sheraton Vadodara. The room was tidy, cozy, and well kept, the staff were polite and accommodating, and the hospitality was outstanding. Breakfast was enjoyable, and the hotel ensured a very pleasant experience during our visit. Would gladly return here.
