Very clean hotel and rooms with courteous staff and delicious room service. We did not have breakfast added but that would have been good. Would recommend for the cleanliness, courteous staff and great location.
Room size was not as per expectations for the price.

Couple • India • Apr 2026I stayed for 4 nights for business trip. Experience was very poor. Did not feel like staying in Marriott group hotel. Rooms are descent. However no hot water in bathroom. I complaint continuously for 2 days. First day no hot water, 2nd luke warm. Maintenance staff kept telling hot water is coming when they could keep their hand in water for 3/4 mins. After that they said will look into it. 3rd day hot water came after I escalated to manager. He confirmed also that he also has observed this problem. 4th day again same problem and desk staff were trying to give excuses rather than accepting that their hotel lacks basic needs also.I had informed them on 1st night only that I will have jain food still they did not make any jain items for breakfast other than idli and dosa. When it was escalated after 2 days chef made vermicelli upma.Overall the experience was very very poor.
