SPOT ON Hotel Hilltop

I booked hotel 24 to 25 but I want stay only 24 so I will goo hotel 11 am but hotel staff didn't respond he will say come after 12 pm

Extremely Disappointing & Unprofessional ExperienceMy stay at this hotel was absolutely terrible and highly uncomfortable. The hygiene standards are extremely poor. The room was dirty, dusty, and clearly not cleaned properly. Even the fans were covered with thick layers of dust. The bathroom condition was unacceptable and did not feel hygienic at all.There was no proper hot water facility, which is a very basic requirement for any hotel. The overall maintenance of the property shows complete negligence.What made the experience even worse was the constant harassment regarding payment. Every single time I stepped out of the room, the staff would stop me and say, ’Sir, payment.’ When I returned, again the same thing ’ ’Sir, payment.’ This happened repeatedly and made the stay very uncomfortable and embarrassing. It felt more like pressure than hospitality.Instead of focusing on cleanliness, service, and guest comfort, the staff seemed only concerned about collecting payment. This is highly unprofessional behavior and reflects very poor management standards.I strongly advise travelers to think twice before booking here. Completely disappointing experience.

Very bad experience,no one with family should stay here.no hot water, I myself fetch hot water bucket from only geaser(burned) in hotel kitchen.staff was not co-operative charged extra ,very dirty toilet. Only 1 staff(minor) avialabe for housekeeping, which is not done btw. So called AC room had window AC which make noise as same as Gas Turbine.The fans are super slow.horrible experience.
