Pathetic worst’Worst experience totally ruined my holiday. No basic amenities present. Had to change my room 3-4 times in just 2 night stay due to AC issues in the room.No basic facility available be it towels in the bathroom to ac in the room ..rarely room service calls are answered.i booked my stay online and i chose MAP PLAN ’( buffet plan for dinner and breakfast -which was available and offered by them at the time of online booking .)As soon as we went there for meals we were told no buffet due to less number of guest and there’s a fix menu which i had to eat.What’s the point if i have to forcefully eat only a thing they serve’ buffet means variety of everything .I totally understand non availability of buffet due to food wastage but why not provide atleast 2 3 options in every category under their menu and food can be prepared after my order. ?Also we accepted the whole situation and were ready to adjust with them but even from the menu provided by them half of the things were not available in breakfast and its was already 8am . ( we had to leave for a event and we had confirmed previous night regarding breakfast timings still food was not available by 8 . ) Literally had to compromise on every single thing.And few staff members specially in the restaurant are rude kind of .Not recommend.Literally feels like a waste of money .’?
