Pathetic is the word , unhygienic and poorly maintained

Room was not clean. Dirty linen. Old pillows. Even window doors were not getting closed. There was no hot water in shower. Even shower was not working when turn on hot water. When asked for body wash. They said it is not available. In breakfast, half the items were empty, When asked then they started making them again. They even didn't have clean extra pillow covers. Dulux rooms are made in separate building which looks bit odd. Overall bad experience vs the monies they charged.

We had booked the deluxe room on Saturday for one night. We arrived around 12.15ish in afternoon. There was no one at the reception. A couple of people waiting there for check in. After 20mins someone arrived and we checked in. No issues with the parking. Plenty of parking for two wheeler as well as for a car. Also, deluxe rooms are in a different building which after bit far from the main building and pool area. The room provided was clean and specious enough. Bathroom tab and shower had a bit less water pressure so that's a negative. Apart from this, there was a small fridge which was provided in the room. It was helpful.We went to have dinner in afternoon around 3. When I checked menu, prices were double of what there in other restaurants. E.g- a water bottle price was 40rs which is generally sold at 20rs in other restaurants. They charged whopping 120rs for a 30rs coca cola cold drink. We ordered mutton and since there was no naan or tandoori roti available, we had to order pulkas with it. Mutton had no pieces with mass, only bones. Wasn't even 100g of mutton in the dish. It was not worth the price. Too much oil in the dish. It was like hlaf dish was filled with the oil. Ambience was good but even on weekend there was hardly any people there. It was mostly empty except a couple of families. Seats and chairs around pool area had dust on them and weren't cleanThere was game room near pool area, we wanted to play table tennis but the net was broken for the table tennis and there was no ball to play. Which was a disappointment. If you're getting this under 2k then only go for or look somewhere else. Even if you book it, try going outside for quality food. There are some food dhabas and restaurants in 3-4 km area on highway.
