Excellent Location, but Major Cleanliness and Service Gaps’We recently stayed in a suite here, and while the property boasts a fantastic, easily accessible location, the experience was a mixed bag due to poor service and initial maintenance issues’The Rooms:Our first room was unacceptable, it felt uncleaned, with hair on the floor and cockroaches in the bathroom. They they moved us to a much nicer room upon escalation. The new room was good, though adding a small tea table and seating to the balcony would be a great enhancement. They don't even have smart TV (Epic fail) as we had a plan for binge watching a series in the stay cation ended up miserable.’Amenities & Dining:The swimming pool is on the smaller side and gets crowded and messy quite easily. Needs upgrade with seating near the pool and the bathroom and shower area is messy. On the dining front, the buffet food was not up to the mark, and the dessert selection was highly disappointing. In-room dining service was quite clumsy, frequently forgetting basic cutlery or tea accompaniments.’Service:The service staff in the restaurant seemed entirely detached and untrained, often avoiding eye contact and looking lost. There was also a complete lack of culinary leadership visible, the chef never once interacted with guests.’There is great potential here given the location and the quality of the upgraded rooms, but the housekeeping standards and staff training require urgent attention.

Excellent stay! The property is well-maintained and offers a good range of amenities, making it a comfortable and relaxing getaway. What truly stood out, however, was the exceptional hospitality and delicious food.Throughout our stay, the staff was extremely courteous, attentive, and maintained high standards of service. A special mention to the housekeeping team and the dining staff, especially Mr. LT and Mr. Anurag, for their warmth, kindness, and willingness to help.Overall, I would highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a cozy, peaceful, and memorable family trip.

We recently stayed at The Fern, Lonavala with our family and had an overall pleasant experience.On our first day, we received a very warm welcome from Mr. Yogesh, the Hotel Manager. He was extremely courteous and ensured that all arrangements were well taken care of. Based on his recommendation, we stayed in a Suite Room, which was spacious, comfortable, and well-appointed. We truly appreciated his excellent hospitality and service.However, there are a few areas that need improvement:1. Suite Room Bed Maintenance ’ The bed in our suite was making lot of noise with even a slight movement and was imbalanced, which affected our sleep quality. Since we checked in late, we did not raise the issue immediately and tried to manage for the night. We reported it later to ensure it gets repaired. Suite rooms should be maintained to a higher standard, and such issues should be addressed proactively.2. Food and Dining Experience ’ The food quality was average. More importantly, whether we dined in the restaurant or ordered through in-room dinning, our cooking instructions and special requests were frequently NOT followed. We often had to request changes to our orders, which was inconvenient and impacted our overall dining experience.Overall, we appreciate the hospitality extended by Mr. Yogesh and the hotel staff, but we hope these areas are addressed to enhance the guest experience further.

Amazing property.. enjoyed stay with family.. staff is very cooperative.. Reception staff need to improve their hospitality but restaurant and house keeping staff is great, always ready to help and very attentive.. I can understand reception staff is busy for check in and check out but check in wasn't that smooth as rooms were not ready and also not cleaned properly.. but restaurant staff and house keeping handled and managed to get 5 stars from me.. thanks

The breakfast spread had a good variety, and everything we tried was fresh and delicious. The staff was courteous, attentive, and always ready to help with a smile.The pool area and open spaces were great for spending quality family time.
