The Fern An Ecotel Hotel

I had a wonderful stay at The Fern’it was truly fantastic and very peaceful.Dinner was excellent with a wide variety of options. Special thanks to Mr. Sunil R and Nenchi for their warm hospitality and attentive service.Breakfast was equally amazing, especially the live kitchen. A big thanks to the short and cheerful staff member at breakfast (I couldn’t catch her name) who made the experience even better.At the reception, Mr. Pratap ensured a smooth check-in and check-out. Despite handling a heavy workload and being constantly on the move, he managed everything with a great smile and delivered excellent service.Thank you to the entire team for the hard work you do and for making every guest feel special. The newly introduced stargazing facility is a lovely addition to the property.The only minor drawbacks during this stay were that the jacuzzi was not operational and pool staff were unavailable. Other than that, it was a great experience.Looking forward to visiting again! ’?

We had a great stay all thanks to this lovely hotel it's ambience and the facilities.. Good breakfast buffet.. Ample space for parking the car. Good and maintained pool.. Only gripe is that the kids area could be developed.. Friendly staff.. Rooms could be a little more spacious.. Has a balcony..

The property is nestled between surrounding hills with a dam right next to it so if you get a hill facing room you’ll wake up to an amazing view!Staff is courteous and always ready to help and resolve any of your queries.The breakfast spread was great and have plenty of variety to cater to lot of palettes, (don’t miss the aloo paratha and masala dosa here!)Rooms were super clean, spacious and comfortable and they have plenty of parking spaces as well.

Had a wonderful stay at The Fern Lonavala. The hotel is well maintained, surrounded by greenery, and offers a very calm and relaxing atmosphere. Rooms were clean, spacious, and comfortable. Staff were courteous and helpful throughout the stay. Food quality was good and service was prompt. A perfect place to relax with family or friends. Highly recommended

Our stay at the hotel was truly wonderful. The cleanliness of the rooms, comfortable environment, and delicious food made the trip perfect for my family and parents. But what really made our stay special were the front office staff ’ Yogesh and Pratap.They didn’t just do their job; they treated us with genuine warmth. They helped my family throughout the trip and were especially kind to the children ’ guiding them, talking to them, and making them feel comfortable. One moment that touched us was when they patiently helped the kids choose snacks and even suggested fun nearby spots that children would enjoy. Small things like these made a big difference.Their polite nature, caring attitude, and willingness to help at every step made us feel at home.Thank you, Yogesh and Pratap, for making our family trip truly memorable and full of beautiful moments.
