Great food and nice atmosphere. The staff was friendly and service was quick.Specially thank to chef Ram Bahadur, Chef Arjun Singh and Mr. Sonu. I really enjoyed the taste and presentation of the dishes. Would definitely visit again!

Stayed here on a family trip to Jodhpur. Location, housekeeping, food all big thumbs’?. Dinner and breakfast spread wonderful. The restaurant staff (Vishwas and team) were courteous, efficient and prompt.Reception area needs some sprucing up. More seating and brighter ambience needed. The check in process needs streamlining. There are 3 personnel at the front desk and only one of them interacts with the customer. The others can do the prep work of collecting Reseveration details and collecting and photocopying IDs of guests who are waiting to be checked in. This can expidate and smoothen the check in experience.

We booked for two nights during our holiday in India and were genuinely impressed by the hospitality, especially from Radhika at reception. From the moment we arrived, she greeted us with warmth and professionalism, and continued to check in on us throughout our stay. She offered helpful guidance on local attractions, ensured our needs were met, and made us feel looked after ’ something that really stood out. Our room was thoughtfully upgraded by Abhijith Ghosal from Yatra Online Limited to accommodate our son and was clean, neat, and spacious. The food was delicious and Vishwas provided excellent service. But the highlight was Radhika’s exceptional attentiveness and customer care. She turned a great stay into a memorable one. Highly recommended

We had a wonderful experience at the Fern Residency hotel. The stay was comfortable and the service was warm and welcoming. The highlight for us was definitely the restaurant.We tried the chicken and mutton dishes, and both were absolutely delicious’flavorful, well-cooked, and clearly made with quality ingredients. They paired perfectly with the tawa roti and bajre ki roti, which were fresh and tasty.The restaurant also offers a wide variety of vegetarian options along with different salads, so there’s something for everyone. Compliments to the chef Ram Bahadur & team for the outstanding flavors and perfectly cooked dishes. Overall, a great combination of comfortable stay and amazing food. Highly recommended!
